On 31st October 2008 Mr Peter J Coyle of Coyle White Devine (CWD) made the following unambiguous statement:
" I have never been disingenuous in my life"
Mr Coyle is a partner in a firm of solicitors based next to a housing estate in Little Chalfont, a small village near Amersham in South Buckinghamshire.
This website updates the first version. It contains factual information, all of which can be verified with documentation in my possession. For the avoidance of doubt, this website is completely my own work and has been made without the knowledge of anybody else. Consequently, nobody else has had any input whatsoever into the making/publishing of this website.
The first version of this website has been viewed on many occasions by CWD. It has also been viewed on many occasions by CWD's client(s) as well as by member(s) of Lennon and Co Solicitors, a Chesham/Amersham based firm where Mr Coyle's brother Andy Coyle is a partner. It should be noted that a matter of minutes after one visit made through Lennon and Co's server, CWD also visited the site. I therefore feel it is safe to assume that Mr Coyle and/or employees of CWD are aware of the content of the first website.
I stated on that website that if Mr Coyle felt any of the information to be untrue he should contact me. I would then have removed it immediately had it actually been untrue. As no action to remove the website and/or modify/remove any content appears to have been taken this would indicate that CWD and/or Mr Coyle accept that the information contained in that website is accurate. This updated website includes material from the first website together with some additional information that I have now decided should also be included as a matter of public interest.
Should CWD feel that any of the information on this website is untrue they should let me know immediately (stating their reasons) and I shall remove that content. However, if documents in my possession prove the information to be true then that information will obviously remain online and this website will be updated accordingly.
